So today hasn’t been the best day. However tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I LOVE thanksgiving!! Turkey and stuffing. Macy’s Day Parade! Vinnie’s first Thanksgiving!!! I am a little excited. Then I have a date with a friend for a movie after all the kids are in bed. Twilight, finally. Then Friday all the kiddos are at Mimi’s and Caleb and I are packing up more stuff and taking it down to the new house and unpacking things while we’re there. Then Saturday is the big moving day! Hopefully all goes well and right! I will have pictures by Sunday night!! 
Caleb has a 4 day weekend so hopefully I can catch up on some sleep!

Looking to rent a house is a HUGE pain the ass. Seriously. I’ve been looking on and off since summer. However towards September I got my butt in gear and began looking a couple times a day. By October I was looking on 4 different sites about 5-6 times a day each. We’ve probably discussed at least 20 house. Seriously discussed about 10 of those and looked at 7 of those. We had a price range, what we were looking for, and where we were looking. Being pro-active searching for a house to rent is not necessarily a good thing when everyone wants them rented NOW.
So finally after several months of looking we finally found a house. I haven’t seen it, other than pictures. We’re gonna go see it again tomorrow. But by the pictures, I just LOVE it!! I really do! It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, bedroom and bath down stairs. Two BIG bedrooms upstairs plus a bath and sink upstairs. I forgot the enclosed porch downstairs. It has plantations shutters!! And a claw foot tub-sort of. I think we’re about 90% sure about it. We have to make a couple phone calls and check out some stuff but I think it’s ours!! I am so excited. I swear to CLAUDE if I have to look at anymore houses my eyeballs are gonna bleed.
It is a little bit more than we discussed BUT once we start managing our money better (which we’re going to have to because 1. we’re adults, 2. we’re adults with kids and 3. we’re gonna have too) and start a budget, I really think it’s gonna work out. It’s beautiful and just looking at the dining room, I wanna host dinner parties! LOL Plus it’s only 15 minutes from Caleb’s work, rather than an hour!!! Awesome.
Also the yard is a disaster, but nothing a little TLC can’t take care of! So I officially found my spring/summer project!! WOOT! Time to get my hands dirty and plant some beautiful flowers!!!
The girls will have PLENTY of room to play! Which was a HUGE concern for me, because right now they are corralled in the living room and thats as far as they can play. So this will be huge for them!
I really believe we can do this! I really want this. Please let it be!

Brooke Smith is a great actress, and I think she’s doing so well on Grey’s Anatomy. It just seems kind of funny to me that now that her character has come out as being a lesbian they are gonna cut her out of Grey’s. Shonda Rimes better come up with a reason or a better excuse or she’s going to lose half her audience. I mean shit hit the fan when Isaiah Washington made comments to/about T.R Knight for being gay. They fired him not only because of all the media attention it got… wait it WAS because of all the media attention they got about it. I’m really wondering what the Advocate has to say about this? It’s just wrong based on what I’ve read. It was such a moving episode last week when Hahn got her revelation. Why in the world would Shonda write her out now?
